Katie Kiihnl grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Katie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, where she participated in Moot Court, the Public Action Law Society and became a certified Court Appointed Special Advocate ("CASA"). Katie began working with Kessler, Schwarz & Solomiany, P.C. in the summer of 2008 as a law clerk. Upon her graduation from law school in 2009, Katie joined the firm as an associate. She assists all attorneys at the firm with various family law matters, focusing primarily on divorce and child custody cases. Katie lives in Brookhaven and has two rambunctious labrador retrievers, Jake and Memphis.
