David Sarif was born in Cape Town, South Africa and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended the prestigious Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Sarif subsequently attended Georgia State University College of Law and graduated in May 2004.

While in law school, Mr. Sarif achieved accolades including a CALI award and the top grade in Securities, Interests, and Liens. Mr. Sarif has also prepared materials for and presented at various Continuing Legal Education seminars for organizations such as the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the National Business Institute.

Mr. Sarif is trained in collaborative law, and has extensive mediation and negotiation experience. Additionally, Mr. Sarif has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Georgia’s new child support guidelines, and has even been an attorney trainer for other attorneys attending training on the new child support calculators and worksheets. Mr. Sarif handles all varieties of family law matters, and works with Mr. Kessler on many of his cases.

Mr. Sarif makes his home in midtown, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Amy and their dog Bailey.
