Summary
Barry P. Schwarz was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1964. He received his undergraduate education at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, in Oxford, England. He worked for PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Los Angeles from 1986-89 and then attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia receiving a law degree in 1992.

Mr. Schwarz has worked as a trial attorney exclusively in the area of domestic relations/family law for over thirteen years and is trained as a trial attorney, a collaborative lawyer, a mediator, and a Guardian Ad Litem. Mr. Schwarz provides representation in all areas of the firm’s practice, including trial litigation, collaborative processes, mediation, Guardian Ad Litem evaluations, prelitigation planning, premarriage and post-divorce issues, and all other domestic law concerns. Having lectured at numerous continuing education seminars and other events, Mr. Schwarz is often requested to appear as an authority on domestic law matters, including segments on the NBC affiliate WXIA, public broadcasting WPBA, and other television and radio programs. He is an active member of several local and national professional, community and charitable organizations. Mr. Schwarz is married to Francie Schulwolf Schwarz and has two daughters.
